Job summary

Chris Baily is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, drive new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The role also leads a team to deliver service excellence and meet SLA expectations.

You will analyze work orders, ensure profitability, and collaborate with the Senior Manager on strategic client initiatives while handling escalations and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management.
• Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage a team of 3-5 direct reports alongside a Senior Manager.
• Identify improvement areas for team members and ensure work orders progress smoothly.
• Support SLA compliance and client relationships, including answering client inquiries.
• Proactively analyze work orders, monitor SLA adherence, and review proposals for accuracy.
• Develop positive client relationships, manage escalations, and host client calls as needed.
• Oversee work order finances, review profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager on team and client initiatives.
