Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Attention to detail with handling customer information.
Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain accurate customer account records and histories.
Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns.
Work with customers to collect past due balances and payments.
Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and history.
Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
Deliver a great customer service experience.
Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of data entry and customer files.
