Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer account records and histories.
• Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns.
• Work with customers to collect past due balances and payments.
• Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and history.
• Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
• Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
• Deliver a great customer service experience.
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of data entry and customer files.
