Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle inquiries on balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns.
• Work with customers to collect past due balances.
• Present loan options based on eligibility and history.
• Open new accounts with complete electronic documentation.
• Support monthly performance goals through calls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and teamwork.
