Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail with handling customer information.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
• Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
• Work with customers to collect past due balances.
• Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
• Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
• Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
• Deliver a great customer service experience.
• Collaborate with regional team members to ensure completeness of customer files.
