Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in sales support, account management, or related role in apparel.
• Proficiency in wholesale operations, import processes and distribution.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to maintain a clean and accurate open order file.
• Communicate daily with sales, order management, and operations to process, allocate and ship orders per retailer requirements.
• Resolve sales and operational inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain contact with sales and operations on discrepancies, shortages, or back-in-stock dates.
• Understand account logistics and retailer requirements.
• Contribute to team dynamics and support company needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
