Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in sales support, account management, or related role in apparel industry or equivalent
• Proficiency in wholesale operations, import processes and distribution
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Pivot Tables and data management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to maintain a clean and accurate open order file
• Communicate daily with sales, order management, and operations to process, allocate and ship orders per retailer requirements
• Resolve sales and operational inquiries in a timely, professional manner
