Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of customer-facing experience in service, order management, or inside sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience using ERP systems is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Process orders accurately using the ERP system and monitor status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Quality teams.
• Provide proactive updates on deliveries and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Generate quotations and handle returns, credits, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support new product launches.
