Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an Account Services Coordinator to support the Walmart account from our NYC office. This entry-level role focuses on order management, EDI replenishment, and data accuracy while working with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience in wholesale operations and customer communications, with opportunities to develop in supply chain and account management in a fast-paced fashion company.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in customer service or order management.
• Walmart account experience preferred.
• EDI order processing familiarity a plus.
• ERP/order-management systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with entering, processing, and tracking Walmart orders and EDI replenishment.
• Monitor open orders, inventory, shipping timelines, and delivery dates; escalate issues.
• Maintain accurate data across customer and order records and reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and other teams.
