Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Account Services Coordinator to support day-to-day Walmart account operations. This on-site NYC role involves handling seasonal and weekly orders, EDI replenishment, order/tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Production, and Warehouse teams.

You’ll work with data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while communicating with Walmart and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account services, order management, wholesale operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Walmart account operations is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or order-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and track Walmart orders (seasonal and weekly) and EDI replenishment.
• Monitor open orders, inventory, shipping timelines, routing requirements, and delivery dates.
• Update customer and order data, trackers, and reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
• Respond to Walmart inquiries and provide status updates on orders and shipments.
• Create and distribute order, inventory, and shipment summaries and reports.
• Learn Walmart requirements, EDI processes, and internal systems; support process improvements and special projects.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the team and business.
