Job summary

James Edward & Companies, Inc. is seeking an Account Sales Trainee in Austin, TX to train for the Account Sales Manager role. The position supports sales initiatives and covers ASM routes during vacations, illnesses, or special projects.

You will work to maintain relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores, delivering service safely and professionally in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Train with Account Sales Managers and cover routes as needed.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with laws.
• Maintain invoices, bills and other paperwork.
• Deliver documentation to staff after delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and price changes.
• Achieve KPI targets for sales, distribution, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Maintain clear communication across the team.
• Protect and build the company brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
