Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects.

The trainee will work with management to maintain relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores. The program trains candidates to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion, with potential extension up to 12 months if no qualified role is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations or absences.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for key stores.
• Learn Red Bull executional standards and ensure proper brand flow and product rotation.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and assist with audits, displays and merchandising.
