Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in the United States to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across routes and stores. This training role prepares you for an Account Sales Manager position and involves collaboration with management, merchandising and operations.

During the program you will train with ASMs, cover routes as needed, and, after certification, interview for the ASM role or other qualified roles.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing) to execute the daily plan.
• Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and support in-store execution.
