Job summary

Pursuit in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Account Sales Representative – Medical Aesthetics to own the Western North Carolina territory from prospecting to close. This is not a traditional medical sales role, and a hunter mentality with aggressive, entrepreneurial drive is essential.

You will create new business from scratch, prospect and engage plastic surgeons, dermatologists and other physicians, and lead opportunities through the full sales cycle while being supported by an Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold-calling plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other physicians
• Building and maintaining a substantial sales pipeline
• Developing relationships with new practices and decision-makers
• Taking opportunities through the majority of the sales process
• Working alongside an Area Sales Manager who helps close larger opportunities
• Conducting product education, workshops, demonstrations, and industry events
• Managing your territory like your own business
• Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for creating new business from scratch.

That means:

• Prospecting and cold-calling plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other physicians
• Building and maintaining a substantial sales pipeline
• Developing relationships with new practices and decision-makers
• Taking opportunities through the majority of the sales process
• Working alongside an Area Sales Manager who helps close larger opportunities
• Conducting product education, workshops, demonstrations, and industry events
• Managing your territory like your own business
• Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets

This is a true hunter role. You won't be sitting around waiting for leads to come in.

• Strong Base + Uncapped Commission
