Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a results-driven professional to act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring a positive experience and timely communication while coordinating activities across departments to support product availability and operational goals.

You will review trends, customer requirements, and planning data to guide decisions, monitor inventory, and manage orders from start to delivery, aiming to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, planning, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.
