We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This role combines customer service and sales. You’ll assist existing customers with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to provide additional protection, generate new business, and contribute to agency growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Provide exceptional service by answering questions and assisting with billing, policy changes, claims, and account needs.
• Conduct policy reviews, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Cross-sell and multi-line existing customers by identifying additional insurance needs.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead and quote follow-up, and prospecting.
• Work toward individual and team sales, retention, and customer service goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records, complete follow-up activities, and stay organized.
• Work closely with the team to provide an excellent customer experience and achieve agency goals.
