TJ Tingley - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customers’ success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

As Account Representative for TJ Tingley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
