Tom Fladd - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services and provide prompt, friendly service to customers, strengthening long-term relationships and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
