Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset. A Property & Casualty license is preferred. This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement and a supportive training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Great communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Dedicated to customer service and able to relate to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
