Mallory Horn - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative Team Member intern to support daily operations and enhance customer success.

You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and proactively market State Farm products and services to meet client needs. This role emphasizes attentiveness, sociability, and results-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
