ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the insurance industry as a Sales Leader, where I developed a passion for coaching others and building successful teams. I'm a graduate of Florida A&M University, have been married for 17 years, and have two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Representative for Jason Bryant - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
