As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ruhama Mccoy - State Farm Agency Intern, you are essential to our daily operations and customer success. Your role involves building meaningful customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and State Farm departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers’ lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Foster successful and long-lasting customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs and relate effectively.
