Qualifications

• Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred.
• Experience managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
• Able to anticipate customer needs and respond effectively.
• Able to relate well to diverse customers.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, and billing.
