Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate needs.
• Able to relate effectively to customers.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about coverage, changes, transfers, billing, and eligibility.
