AIL is seeking an Account Representative to work with families, helping them understand available programs and benefits. You’ll develop communication skills, present information, identify needs, and guide clients through important enrollment decisions in a client-facing, sales-focused role with training and mentorship.

No extensive experience is required, and candidates who are coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating virtually will thrive.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, education, or management can be valuable.
