Responsibilities

• Learn about IVS's products and demonstrate knowledge to customers
• Process orders, assist with payment tracking, and other administrative tasks
• Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales opportunities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Develop relationships with key customers to ensure retention and identify potential growth opportunities
• Develop key sales tactics and strategies through shadowing and training
• Maintain and update prospecting lists to identify potential customers for the sales pipeline
• Attend team meetings, conference calls, and training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and distribute customer communications and promotional materials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
• Support other departments as needed to provide exceptional service to customers
