Job summary

Manpower is hiring an Account Representative in Fairhaven, MA, to manage customer accounts and support sales initiatives for Acushnet Company, a golf brand. The role offers a hybrid schedule with a $25/hour pay rate, Monday–Friday, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Operations, and Logistics to meet deadlines, track orders in ERP/OMS, and resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
• Experience working with Order Management Systems and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Golf industry or product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional account support.
• Manage custom product orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, logos, artwork, fees, and order details.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, timelines, and account activity while resolving customer inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Operations, and Logistics teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Utilize Order Management and ERP systems to track orders, maintain account records, and manage customer information.
• Research and resolve issues quickly while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support key customer programs, promotions, and special projects as needed.
