Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to cardholders, building rapport and trust.
• Assist with outbound or inbound decisions to identify false charges.
• Audit misrepresentation claims from cardholders.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve or escalate extortion-related issues.
• Distinguish legitimate vs. fraudulent activity and protect customer accounts.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve cases.
• Manage exchange-level credit and extortion-related inquiries from traders.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up.
