Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Wichita, KS seeks an Account/Project Manager to own multiple customers’ books of business, ensure satisfaction, and provide sales support. You will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with urgency to meet business goals.

Reporting to the Profit Center Manager, you will handle orders, pricing discussions, forecasting, and customer communications, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service/administrative experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactive customer account management for assigned accounts.
• Write up customer orders, engage in pricing and availability discussions.
• Create processes to help customers forecast upcoming needs.
• Learn about solar equipment to advise customers on products.
• Provide customer service to walk-in customers and handle transactions.
• Telephone sales support and route calls as needed.
• Prepare/pick sales orders in support of warehouse.
• Contribute to marketing and showroom displays; assist with events.
