Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in banking operations, deposit operations, account processing, or similar financial services.
• Experience with year-end tax reporting and unclaimed property requirements.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidance or state laws into procedures.
• Experience analyzing data and generating reports in Excel to drive improvements.
• Experience documenting operational processes, procedures, or policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual unclaimed property escheatment activities and year-end tax reporting across lines of business.
• Analyze data, processes, controls, and supporting tech to identify trends and gaps.
• Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Lead operational initiatives from planning to implementation with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures; ensure compliance with IRA guidance and laws.
• Configure and optimize account-processing applications; cross-train on tasks.
