Ultipro operates within Bank Operations and supports Retail, Commercial, and Private Banking teams in opening and maintaining deposit accounts. The role ensures documentation accuracy, compliance, and process improvements, with annual escheatment and year-end tax reporting responsibilities.

Qualificações

• At least five years of related banking operations or deposit processing experience.
• Working knowledge of year-end tax reporting and unclaimed property requirements.
• Experience interpreting regulatory guidance or state laws and translating requirements into procedures.
• Experience analyzing data and developing reports in Excel to identify trends.
• Experience documenting operational processes, procedures, or policies.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel; ability to learn job-specific/web-based apps.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate annual unclaimed property escheatment activities and year-end tax reporting across lines of business.
• Analyze data, processes, controls, and supporting tech to identify trends and gaps.
• Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Lead operational initiatives from planning through implementation with stakeholders across the Bank.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures; interpret IRA guidance and unclaimed property laws.
• Configure and optimize account-processing applications and cross-train on functions.
• Support during high-volume periods; perform other duties as assigned.
