Brooks Bank seeks an in-office Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding service and accurate transaction processing in Oklahoma. You will identify banking products that meet customer needs and proactively cross-sell while ensuring proper documentation for new and current accounts.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer service experience, experience opening consumer accounts (checking/savings/CDs), and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Experience opening and maintaining consumer checking, savings, and CDs accounts is required.
• Familiarity with opening and maintaining commercial accounts is preferred.
• Strong 10-key and computer skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Must reside in Oklahoma and pass background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Process transactions accurately while balancing cash drawer.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account questions with accurate information.
• Open and maintain consumer checking, savings, and CD accounts and complete all paperwork.
• Review and resolve issues listed on exception reports.
