Meduit is hiring an onsite Medical Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC. You will guide patients through medical bills, assist healthcare partners, and help clients focus on patient care. The role includes 4 weeks of paid training, and shifts Monday–Friday with 1st-3rd options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience required (in-office or remote).
• High School Diploma or GED mandatory.
• Proficiency with PC-based applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their financial responsibility in a compassionate way.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics.
• Follow procedures to resolve patient account balances and payment plans.
• Document all conversations in the company systems.
• Assist patients in determining eligibility for financial assistance programs.
