Job summary

Root Capital, Inc. seeks an Account Specialist for Institutional Partnerships to support the IP team’s data, systems, and business development efforts. You will maintain Salesforce records, generate funder insights, and coordinate logistics for engagements with funders across multiple regions.

You will conduct prospect research, prepare briefing materials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and project momentum, while supporting travel and event logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with CRM databases and fundraising operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce logging quality across IP accounts and classify interactions.
• Support tracking team progress against targets and flag gaps.
• Perform prospect and market research; prepare funder profiles.
• Log findings in Salesforce and Box; maintain clean data.
• Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, and conferences.
