Job summary

Partners In Health seeks a Lead, CRM Administration and Ecosystem to own governance, configuration and integration across Salesforce, NPSP, HubSpot, Blackthorn, and Fundraise Up.

You will supervise junior staff and external consultants, ensure secure access and tested deployments, and partner with stakeholders to design scalable CRM solutions using agile methods. Remote-friendly with Boston option.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise CRM administration experience in a nonprofit setting, with at least five years in a complex Salesforce environment.
• Salesforce certifications as listed are required or strongly preferred.
• Strong governance, release management and security awareness for CRM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PIH's CRM ecosystem in an enterprise environment, leading advanced configuration and integration of Salesforce, HubSpot, Blackthorn Events, and Fundraise Up.
• Design validation rules, flows, and automation across tools to enable end-user workflows.
• Manage user access, roles, and permission sets across CRM tools, using Salesforce Shield Event Monitoring.
• Lead deployments across platforms, environments and processes to ensure platform stability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption and scalable custom solutions within the CRM ecosystem.
