Job summary

BriteCap Financial seeks an organized Strategic Account Manager to support Strategic Partner transactions from submission to funding. You will ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with Partners in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in small business finance and strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills. This remote position targets the Northeast region and reports to the Vice President, Partner Originations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in Sales or Operations in the Small Business Finance industry with working capital loan knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions from Application Submission through Funding for Strategic Partners, ensuring compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Strategic Partners.
• Enter transaction data into systems and verify forms and materials.
• Serve as main contact for Partners regarding queries, offers, status, or issues.
• Prepare loan renewal documents in line with policies.
• Maintain detailed records for auditing and reporting.
• Update internal systems to reflect latest statuses for reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Underwriting and Operations to resolve issues.
• Assist Partners in resolving discrepancies and provide timely solutions.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
