Job summary

You will build relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and other funders, maintain Salesforce records, and coordinate cross-functional activities with Development, Programs, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit administration, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, international affairs, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate, foundation, and institutional partners.
• Prepare donor profiles, briefing materials, and meeting support documents.
• Maintain prospect pipelines and track fundraising activities in Salesforce.
• Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, stewardship materials, and impact updates.
• Assist with proposal development and scheduling; support internal coordination.
