Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an Account Partner to drive new business across pharmaceutical and life sciences, owning the sales process from prospecting to close, selling Ostro’s AI-powered solutions including Ostro Sites for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Ostro Email.

This consultative SaaS sales role targets pharma brand marketers and senior leaders, requiring ownership, collaboration across teams, and the persistence to succeed in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS or digital sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to identify target accounts and engage executives.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical marketing and clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a sales quota and achieve revenue targets through new acquisitions and existing account expansion.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities via outbound outreach and networking.
• Lead discovery, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations through to close.
• Build relationships with pharma brand marketers and senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support launches and renewals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
• Monitor market trends to inform sales strategies.
