Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Operations Director to oversee office services, client support, and business operations across a small market area.

You will drive data-driven performance through KPI dashboards, own the technology roadmap, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through implementations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and partnering with regional leadership to optimize operational results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to convey complex information and set clear performance expectations.
• Leadership to set targets with cross-department impact.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy across systems and build KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Own the account's technology roadmap, CMMS, analytics, and automation initiatives.
• Lead technology implementations and process improvements across the account.
• Oversee client services support and align back-office with client-facing teams.
• Provide supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, schedules, and cross-training.
• Execute operational strategies for the small market area.
• Partner with senior management to optimize performance and support business.
• Direct regional business operations and collaborate with internal departments.
