Job summary

ADESA in Boise, Idaho, part of the Carvana family, is seeking an administrator to manage daily account operations, invoicing, A/R, and payment processing for commercial and dealer partners. You will oversee inventory reporting, sale preparation, and financial reconciliation to ensure accurate post-auction records.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 1–3 years in administrative or accounting roles, familiarity with MS

Qualifications

• Experience with invoicing and A/R processes.
• 1–3 years of administrative, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Automotive or auction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Account Operations: invoicing, A/R, payment processing and professional customer communication.
• Inventory & Reporting: monitor inventory, post-sale reporting, coordinate cross-functional follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
• Sale Preparation: lineup management, fee posting, recon activities to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reconciliation: detailed reconciliation of transactions after auction activities.
• Sales Support: assist sales team and resolve customer inquiries or discrepancies.
• Data Integrity: maintain accurate vehicle and transaction data in systems.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies and laws.
• General Duties: other duties as assigned by manager.
