Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a Manager, Account Operations to support one Brand Consulting account. The role focuses on data-driven process improvement, budget monitoring, and scalable workflows to keep a busy team efficient.

You will build Excel tools and dashboards, track time and invoicing, and support onboarding and client relations. A 2–4 year background in operations and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account operations, business operations, project coordination, or process management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to organize large datasets with trackers.
• Comfort with Word and PowerPoint; willingness to learn financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve account workflows, trackers, and templates.
• Monitor budgets, actual spend, and forecasts; flag inconsistencies or overages.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing between client budget manager, account team, and accounting.
• Monitor and report team time-entry accuracy and hours by project.
• Build Excel-based tools, dashboards, and clear summaries for stakeholders.
• Learn reporting requirements and support timely client responses and relationships.
• Assist onboarding and maintain shared process resources.
