Job summary

THE·TEAM in Raleigh is seeking a Manager, Account Operations to streamline account workflows, coordinate budgets and invoicing, and deliver clear operational reports. You will partner with account leadership, accounting, and project teams to ensure accuracy and timely communication, while building scalable processes and templates.

The role emphasizes independent data work, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration within our Brand Consulting group.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of account operations or operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with trackers, dashboards, formulas, and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Account operations and process improvement: maintain and improve workflows, trackers, and templates.
• Budget tracking and reporting: monitor budgets, spend, and forecasts; flag inconsistencies.
• Financial workflow coordination: coordinate monthly invoicing between client budget manager, account team and accounting.
• Time tracking: monitor time-entry and generate monthly reports for internal and client use.
• Operational reporting and insights: build Excel tools, dashboards, and summarized updates for leadership.
• Client and team support: learn reporting requirements and support timely responses.
• Team onboarding and knowledge management: train on processes and maintain shared resources.
• Quality and compliance: review work for accuracy while protecting confidential information.
