Job summary

Cresa is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Account Operations (APM) to support low-to-medium complexity account projects and deliverables. You will coordinate with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to achieve project goals with exceptional service and attention to detail.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and time management, and is performed primarily in the client office with a minimum of four days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of related finance experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage account quotes, invoices, and change orders.
• Assist with dashboards, trainings, manuals and updates.
• Analyze and provide account operational insights.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate project team and vendor partners.
• Ensure timely project documentation and reporting.
