Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of experience in business operations OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience in business operations
• Degree in Business, Management or related field
• Degree in Business, Management or related field (BBA preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and oversee supervisors and staff
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost‑effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee employee productivity
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
