Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in management or accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and motivate accounting staff while supervising department tasks.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting controls and procedures to increase accuracy.
• Oversee daily accounting activities and timely month-end/year-end reporting.
• Ensure all processes comply with GAAP and current financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management and external parties.
• Maintain accurate financial records and participate in audits as needed.
