Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage daily workflow, monitor SLAs, and support Relationship Managers and other officers. You will escalate issues, train staff, and drive end-to-end processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

The role emphasizes documentation, transaction processing, and servicing system accuracy, requiring broad knowledge of regulatory requirements and pricing/tax considerations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 5+ years relevant experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of products, services, processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own and related specialty areas.
• Advanced knowledge of business unit/operational functions and regulatory requirements for supported jurisdictions.
• Expert process management knowledge.
• Ability to manage complex and high-risk transactions and issues.
• Ability to prepare and review documentation according to guidelines and policies.
• Understanding of pricing economics, TD TBSM cost of funds tools and rate lock procedures.
• Knowledge of state and local sales, use and personal property tax regulations.
• Knowledge of IRS regulations for accelerated depreciation.
• Ability to use servicing systems and process wire and check payments.
• Ability to conduct reporting, research and meaningful analysis.
• Ability to adhere to internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily workflow and distribution for the functional area.
• Ensure documentation preparation, transaction processing and servicing system boarding meet Service Level Goals.
• Provide operational support to Relationship Managers, Business Development Officers and other officers.
• Act as the first escalation point for internal and external partners.
• Provide training and subject matter expertise to Operations Specialists.
• Perform end-to-end operational activities as an expert in the function.
• Lead resolution of escalated processing and operational issues.
• Prepare and review documentation packages and communicate with customers, vendors and outside legal counsel.
• Perform credit attestations as needed.
• Close transactions within granted booking, funding and signing authority.
• Verify and approve servicing system booking accuracy, tax billing setup, depreciation and payments.
• Manage workload to meet SLA requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, escalating non-standard or high-risk activities.
• Conduct research, reporting and analysis and make recommendations.
• Monitor service and productivity and implement process improvements.
• Lead small-scale projects or initiatives as project lead or subject matter expert.
• Participate in team knowledge transfer, cross-training, coaching and guidance
