Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to manage strategic client systems, ensuring accuracy across processes and contracts in a fast-paced environment in New York. You will analyze dates, rates and product details, audit events for financial integrity, and drive reconciliation between requests, balances and timelines.

You will own KPI reporting, support cross-functional teams, and help update SOPs while communicating insights to stakeholders to improve operating performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong business judgment and confidence in decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency across processes.
• Analyze and compare client contracts for dates, rates, and product details.
• Audit client events to validate deduction application accuracy and uphold financial integrity.
• Drive timely reconciliation between client requests, deduction balances, and customer timelines.
• Own KPIs for open deduction balances and provide reporting on client KPIs and outstanding balances.
• Provide problem-solving support for Global Business Services, including customer backup documentation and SOP updates.
• Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly collaboration cadences with cross-functional teams to align on goals and resolve challenges.
