National Corporate Housing in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee leasing of our fully furnished corporate apartments. This role suits a sales professional who thrives on building client relationships and guiding the full sales process from lead to lease.

You will grow market share, negotiate leases, and collaborate with property partners while delivering exceptional service to global business travelers.

Qualifications

• Proven success in inside sales (corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing preferred).
• Exceptional communication, sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours to win business.

Responsibilities

• Grow market by increasing unit count and expanding opportunities.
• Drive profitability through pricing, negotiations, and new business.
• Generate leads via local marketing and relationship-building.
• Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests to secure deals.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors and property partners.
