Job summary

National Corporate Housing seeks an Account Manager to manage leasing of fully furnished corporate apartments. Build client relationships, navigate the full sales cycle, and deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have inside sales experience in corporate housing or related fields, high energy, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to market inventory to maximize occupancy. Bachelor’s degree preferred, and minimal weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven success in inside sales, preferably in corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing.
• High-energy, self-motivated approach with drive to succeed.
• Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
• Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours for best results.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow your market by increasing unit count and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Drive profitability through pricing, lease negotiations, and new business.
• Generate leads via local marketing, relationships, and consultative sales.
• Respond quickly to high-volume requests, ensuring client satisfaction and winning business.
• Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners for seamless leases.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships and growth.
