Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking a driven Account Manager to oversee leasing of fully furnished corporate apartments and manage the full sales process, including paperwork, while delivering exceptional service.

With 28+ offices worldwide, the role focuses on building strong relationships, expanding unit counts, negotiating leases, and driving profitability through competitive pricing and strategic market expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven success in inside sales (corporate housing, hospitality, or leasing preferred).
• High-energy, self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• Exceptional communication, sales, and presentation skills.
• Ability to market and sell inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Ability to respond to leads within 2 hours for best chance of success.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow your market by increasing unit count and identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Drive profitability through competitive pricing, lease negotiations, and securing new business.
• Generate leads through local marketing, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategies to exceed goals.
• Respond quickly to a high volume of time-sensitive requests, ensuring client satisfaction and winning business.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners, ensuring seamless lease agreements.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to strengthen partnerships and enhance market growth.
